Hi, I am Carol, and I am never happier than when surrounded by dogs! I qualified as a human physiotherapist in 1996 and went on to work, primarily with patients with neurological problems like strokes or multiple sclerosis. I decided after leaving the bustling noise of London to move to Leamington Spa to retrain to become an animal physiotherapist. I retrained at Hartpury University in Gloucestershire and qualified after two years of hard study.

I currently work one day per week at a busy referral centre in Castle Donington with a mixture of out patients and in patients. We are inundated with dogs having spinal surgery and others having cruciate operations or hip surgeries, along with many other conditions. The rest of the week is filled with my own business, travelling around Warwickshire and the surrounds, treating a variety of conditions in the comfort of your home. If I have any free time I go into Warwick hospital and work on the wards with medical and elderly patients.

In my free time I sing in a multi-award winning choir 'Sing It Loud', I love gardening and walking, especially with my gorgeous border terrier Alfie - my cover star!
